Yomassage® Group Class

Yomassage® is the newest massage modality created to bring gentle touch, restorative stretching, and mindful breathing in a class/group setting. It is 90 mins of pure bliss for everyone! The only requirement is that you are able to get on and off the floor.

$85 - $100

($85 for 4 or more participants; $100 for 3 participants or less)

The class starts with 3-5 min guided mindful breathing exercises. Then you will be moved into supported restorative yoga positions for 8-10 min while a licensed massage therapist gives hands on massage. It is touch therapy designed to be more accessible to a wider range of people in a fully clothed safe group environment. Come check it out!
