The Gift of Presence Workshop

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to construct 3 different Origami Projects. Focusing on each step of the process allows us to be fully present in the moment. Living present in the moment grants us the ability to fully experience and embrace the gift of life – To drop the constant cycle of to-do lists, of “shoulds” and “have to’s” – and opens us to opportunities we may not have had the head space to recognize. 

Physically, you will leave this class with your origami projects and 3 crystals attuned to the energy of your project. Spiritually, you will leave understanding and embracing “presence”, and more importantly, how to return to this place within yourself in the future.
