Qigong [chi-gong] was developed in China thousands of years ago as a part of traditional Chinese medicine. It can be considered as a moving meditation that cultivates life-force energy called Qi [chi] and can improve health, ease the mind, and extend life. Qigong inspires mind, body, and spirit wellness.
Restorative qigong is a type of qigong practice that addresses the movement of the body, circulation, and breathing as well as incorporating movement of Qi and the energetic restoration of the body’s organs. It is both a spiritual and physical practice.
Open to all ages & qigong levels!
Some yoga mats will be available, but it is encouraged to bring your own. Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
