Join Christina on March 6th at 7:00pm as she guides you through 3 to 5 long and supported poses that cultivate a deep sense of self awareness and healing of mind, body, and spirit.
Restorative Yoga emphasizes rest and support, allowing the body to activate profound healing. By balancing the autonomic nervous system, getting us out of fight-or-flight and into the rest and repair powers of the parasympathetic nervous system, restorative yoga helps the body release physical and emotional patterns locked deep within our bodies. We accomplish this through long, supported poses that allow for passive opening and gradual release, creating space for more renewing energies and patterns.
*All Restorative Yoga classes are beginner-friendly and are suitable for practitioners of all levels. Props are welcome and available and can be incorporated as desired.
