About this event
Connecting with our inner child through art is a fun way to tap into the magical space where our imagination and creativity live. Join us in a care-free place where you don't have to act like an adult and stress from the outside world melts away. Think of it as an Art + SOUL-cation.
Absolutely no prior art experience needed - at all. Just bring a few copies of childhood pictures of yourself between the ages of 5 - 10. All other art supplies will be provided.
We will begin with a short breathing exercise to help connect with our inner child. Next you will be guided through the mixed media art process while learning basic art techniques with various mediums. We will do some finger painting, doodling, mark making, collaging, coloring and much more. This is your time to enjoy some long overdue "free play."
At the end of the Inner Child Art + Soul-cation, you will hopefully feel more connected to your inner child, relaxed and leaving with your own unique inner-child artwork.

Directions to Workshop & Parking: The workshop is located within the Tranquili-Chi Center located at 1421 Clarkview Road, Suite 206, Baltimore, MD 21209. It's the first RED brick building on the left near the crest of the hill.
Please pull around to the back of the building and park near the black awning at the far end of the building. Enter at the doors under the black awning. When you enter the building, the Elevator is on the right and stairs are on the left. Go UP to second floor and down the hallway to Suite 206.
If you park on Clarkview or in the front of the building, enter at the black awning. Stairs will be ahead on the right. Go upstairs and around corner and Suite 206 will to your left.
