Reiki I will give you the tools to give healing and comfort to your loved ones, clients, pets and yourself; Cheryl teaches from the Usui tradition of Reiki. There is a lot that goes into a day of Reiki training: Meditation, Energy field discovery, Reiki history, Chakra system descriptions, attunements, Demonstrations and practice of client and self healing Reiki sessions. Come knowing you will have a full day of discovery and adventure, so leave your evening free to give yourself the time to process your experiences of the day.

We will be using massage tables for our hands healing on sessions, bring one set of twin sheets, and a blanket if you get easily chilled. Safety eye wear or a face shield and masks are the items of our times, bring a few so you can change them during our day. Each class is limited to 4 students.
