Experience for yourself what clients are calling "the highlight of my month."

About this Event

Circle practice is a way of bringing people together in which:

  • Everyone is respected.

  • Everyone gets a chance to talk without interruption.

  • Participants explain themselves by telling their stories.

  • Everyone is equal. No person is more important than anyone else.

  • Spiritual and emotional aspects of individual experience are welcomed.

This session will combine experiential practice, shared wisdom, and practical application to gently introduce beginners to the art of circle practice. A great reminder for seasoned practitioners and a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking new ways of being in community, promoting voice, learning a new facilitation technique, looking to hold conflict or improve leadership skills.

Session Objectives:

  • Experience circle practice

  • Understand the elements and applications of circle practice

  • Increase confidence in moving towards becoming a circle keeper

  • Determine when and how you might implement elements of circle practice in your own work

  • Learn the benefits of circle as a tool
