Connecting with our inner child through art is a fun and powerful way to tap into the magical space where our imagination and creativity live. Try something new and join us in a place where you don't have to act like an adult, silliness is encouraged and stress doesn't exist! Absolutely no prior art experience needed. Just bring a few copies of childhood pictures of yourself between the age of 5 - 9. All other art supplies will be provided. We start the workshop with a short meditation to connect with our inner child. Then she can come out for "free play." Live demos of mixed media art techniques and guidance will be given throughout the workshop using acrylic paints, doodling, mark making, stamping, collaging, embellishments and much more.

At the end of the workshop, we will have "show and tell" to say a few words about our inner child artwork. When you leave the workshop, you hopefully feel more connected to your inner child along with your own unique artwork.
